  While I've had the same insurance for over 10yrs. I had recently gotten a new vehicle and found that being a loyal and good customer obviously wasn't good enough. The insurance price they raised me to was ridiculous. I called around to get quotes and I have to say. Even if another insurance company could have gave me a better price, which I'm sure that couldn't happen because this was unbelievable. I would have still went with Brian State Farm because the people were so nice and help me so much. As a single mom it was so great to have Joseph from State Farm help me so much.

  I would like to say that I am extremely impressed with Mr. Small. He was not able to help me with my particular issue, but the man actually called me himself and gave it to me straight. No go-between, no mincing of words, showed me respect and inspired me to respect him. I have followed this man's career for nearly 30 years and have always been impressed with what I saw/heard of him. He tells it like it is and will fight for the best interest of his clients. After speaking to him on the phone, if possible I am even more impressed. If you have need of a criminal defense attorney in this area, Mr. Mike Small should be at the top of your list. I wish you godspeed Mr. Small for hopefully many more years of doing what you do so well. Thank you.

  High front load fees. If you have a limited amount of money Vanguard will be best to invest with. I've learned that lesson. Good people, very knowledgeable, but your money could be invested better.

  After renting a property for almost three years I can rate this company with accuracy. They consistently failed to maintain the property despite several service requests. The staff (Laurie and Lionel) were always very rude when we called. When we moved we left the home much cleaner than when we moved in yet Laurie complained about the cabinets being stained. They were stained BEFORE we moved in! She even sent pictures of the stains along with our deposit. I guess sending the pictures of the pre existing stains made her feel better? This company is absolutely the worst at property management and I would not recommend them to a friend. (Laurie maybe! But not a friend!;)
